We start with the overall design of each program and move into daily communication, helping with meal set-up, checking details of how each client feels with current nutrition and training, and then moving into detailed weekly assessments. We manage this process by making sure each client is gaining muscle and achieving a level of leanness and health they desire. No guess work, with questions and concerns answered immediately, all with a one to one approach between us and the client.
