Dr. George Arnold is chief of obstetrics and gynecology at Markham Stouffville Hospital in Ontario and the owner of Signature Hormones by Dr. Arnold. Drawing on more than 30 years as a highly-regarded physician and women’s health expert, he founded his company to help patients suffering from perimenopausal and menopausal symptoms, thyroid disorders and adrenal fatigue. Dr. Arnold prescribes customized bio-identical hormones to treat an array of symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, sleep disturbance, mood swings, concentration and memory changes, energy loss and more. Dedicated to continuing education, Dr. Arnold is a lecturer on the faculty of medicine, department of OB-GYN at the University of Toronto and holds a health-law course certificate from Osgoode Law School. He is a recognized expert in OB-GYN by the Superior Court of Ontario, the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta and the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario. Additionally, Dr. Arnold performs numerous duties for the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, including serving as a medical inspector and on the quality assurance and complaints committees. As a standing member of the obstetrics panel on the organization’s Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee, he investigates and determines whether accepted standards of care in obstetrics have been breached in instances of patient complaints received by the College. Dr. Arnold also serves on the Investigations, Complaints and Results committee of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.
